CrossFit Kids

As part of our class offering, we now also offer CrossFit Kids classes, available for both members and non-members with no prior experience required.

Our CrossFit Kids program was created to introduce children to the joy of movement and fitness from an early age.

The focus is always on fun while developing essential athletic skills such as flexibility, endurance, coordination, and agility. Through diverse and engaging group activities, kids also build teamwork and self-confidence. Running, jumping, pulling, lifting, and body-awareness movements create a functional, playful training environment where boredom never exists.

Unlike adults, Kids (ages 4–6) do not train with weights. Only in the Juniors (ages 7–12) classes are very light weights introduced — always scaled individually so no child feels over- or under-challenged.

Each CrossFit Kids session lasts 30–40 minutes, adapted to the age group. Each class includes:

  • Warm-up and movement games
  • Skill development with new movements
  • A short workout (WOD)
  • Fun activities and challenges
