CrossFit Teens

Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for teenagers aged 13 to 17, providing age-appropriate training that improves strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination.

It’s suitable for beginners trying CrossFit for the first time as well as active young athletes who want to enhance their performance. In a supportive group environment, the focus is on proper technique, safe progressions, and having fun.

Our certified coaches introduce teens step-by-step to functional movements such as squats, presses, pulls, jumps, and running — always with an emphasis on technique before intensity to ensure safe development.

Each session includes:

  • Warm-up and technique focus
  • Strength or skill development
  • A varied workout (WOD)
  • Cooldown and mobility work

The training not only increases physical fitness but also develops confidence, discipline, and teamwork — valuable qualities in both sports and daily life.
