Whether it’s Kung Fu, kickboxing, the gym, parkour, climbing, or mountaineering – Tobi has explored many sports intensively before stumbling upon CrossFit in the summer of 2022.
Two years later, he’s now coaching on the floor himself. What excites him most? The mix of high intensity, incredible variety, and the fact that in CrossFit you’re never truly “done” – there’s always something new to learn or improve.
But what he enjoys the most is helping athletes push past their limits. Fine-tuning technique, achieving first pull-ups, or setting new PRs – every bit of progress is celebrated (often loudly).
And when he’s not counting burpees? You’ll probably find him on a rock face, atop a mountain, or checking out a new sport.
