OnRamp – CrossFit Free Trial

All CrossFit beginners start here. Our OnRamp classes prepare you for our workouts and teach you how to do CrossFit safely while preventing injuries. After completing OnRamp, you’ll be ready to join any regular class and scale your workouts according to your fitness level.

The OnRamp program consists of 6 sessions over 2 weeks (3 sessions per week). The first 3 sessions are free of charge and without commitment, so you can get to know our box, our coaches, and the CrossFit methodology. If you have friends who might be interested, please share our offer with them.

The emphasis of OnRamp is on technique training and gradually introducing fundamental CrossFit movements. The sessions build on each other, ensuring beginners are not overwhelmed while more experienced athletes are still challenged. The learned techniques are repeated and reinforced during workouts to ensure safety and proper preparation for our regular classes.

It’s important to attend all sessions, as each builds upon the previous one. Missed sessions can be rescheduled.

Each session includes a workout, which increases in technical complexity and intensity over time. The difficulty ultimately depends on your own scaling and effort.

The name OnRamp means a gentle ramp up into CrossFit – helping you progress safely and confidently before joining the regular group workouts.

Changes in body composition, movement patterns, and mobility are great ways to track your progress – we recommend taking “before” photos at the start.

OnRamp classes are held in small groups. A new program starts with Session 1 every month, and all dates can be found in our schedule. It’s not possible to join in week 2, as key introductory elements are covered during week 1.
