Biography
Niko, 31, moved from Ukraine to Germany in 2024 and holds a master’s degree in engineering. Alongside his professional background, he brings over ten years of experience as a passionate CrossFit athlete and coach.
He began his CrossFit journey in 2015, started competing in 2017, and earned his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification in 2020. Since then, he has been actively coaching and inspiring others to reach their fitness goals.
Outside the gym, Niko enjoys nature—especially hiking and snowboarding in the mountains. He is also deeply passionate about nutrition and runs a project that helps people build sustainable habits to better understand their bodies and regulate their diet without temporary fixes.
